Product Description
This tilapia recirculating aquaculture system can be used where suitable land or water is limited, or where environmental conditions are not ideal for the species being cultured. This type of aquaculture production system can be used in marine environments; however, it is more commonly used in freshwater environments.
Specification
Basic Equipment :
1. Drum Filter: Remove residual feed and fish feces in the water
2. Biological Filter: Convert toxic ammonia nitrogen into low toxic ammonium nitrate
3. Aeration separation: Remove harmful gas in the water (CO2, H2S etc.), and increasing oxygen
4. UV Sterilizer: To kill harmful bacteria in the water to avoid fish diseases and parasite
5. Water Temperature Controller: To adjust the water temperature to the most suitable growth temperature
Except above equipment, you can also put below equipment into your RAS to meet a higher water quality standard.
1. Protein Skimmer: Remove more than 90% small suspension particle and soluble colloidal organic matter, can work as Ozone reaction tower, and inject Ozone to disinfect water.
2. Ozone Generator: Offer Ozone to disinfect water. It is a powerful oxidizing agent that can be used to break down compounds. Ozone must be used with caution since it is directly toxic to aquatic life and may form harmful biproducts (hypochlorite, hypobromite).
3. Residual Ozone Remover: To remove residual Ozone in the water, to avoid it poisons the fish.
4. Oxygen Generator + Oxygen Cone: Oxygen Generator produces Oxygen and Oxygen cone mix it into water, increase dissolving Oxygen amount.
5. Air Blower + Air Diffuser or Air Stone: Air blower blow air to air diffuser or air stone, increase dissolving Oxygen amount in fish tanks.
6. Water Temperature Controller: To adjust the water temperature to the most suitable growth tempurature
